Specifically developed for the Train Industry is the Class 90’s compact design retains the twin bearing movement and 80Nm Motor.

Train Wipers have to combat a cocktail of corrosive elements created by gasses, acids and salts. The extensive use of AISI 316 Stainless Steel throughout our Wipers ensure that we are successful in combating these corrosive elements.

To overcome the effects of aerodynamic forces, especially on high speed trains, we designed our Arms using 316 Stainless Steel Box sections to reduce the surface area and thereby reduce the force required to lift the Arm off the screen.

To counteract both slippage and twisting of the Arm on the spindle we incorporate a double clamp, with the use of two M8 or M10 A4 316 Socket Screws giving the required tension, along with a doubled brace at the point it connects to the blade, which eliminates twisting.
